All Local Authorities are required to operate a Fair Access Protocol (FAP) which ensures that school places are secured quickly for most vunerable children who are missing education and to ensure that all schools in an area admit their fair share of pupils with significant challenging behaviour. The protocol has been developed in line with DfE requirements as set out in the 2009 School Admissions Code and following consultation with the Admissions Forum and headteachers.

You will be advised of the outcome or your application in writing, and you have the right of appeal to an independent appeal panel. Appeals should be made in writing to Clerk to Appeal Panel, St. William’s Catholic Primary School, Young Street, Bradford, BD8 9RG.
